These terms of sale apply to purchases made from SantéConsult, SAS with a share capital of €100, RCS Gap 931 635 502, 996 Route de Gap – Lieudit Berne, 05000 La Freissinouse, France ("we"): Veilleo subscriptions and connected buttons. They complement the terms of use.
1. Plans

Each plan's features are shown in the app and on veilleo.app before purchase. SOS stays free in every plan.
2. Premium subscription
- Subscription and payment: you subscribe in the app and pay through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, under their own terms. The price is the one shown when you subscribe.
- Term and renewal: the subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically for the same term, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Premium stays available until then.
- Free trial: if offered, it turns into a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled before.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
3. Right of withdrawal
- Subscription: you have 14 days to withdraw. However, by asking for immediate access to Premium features, you agree that the service starts before the end of that period; if you withdraw, you pay for the service already provided.
- Connected button: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return the complete button in its packaging; return costs are yours. We refund you within 14 days after receiving the return.

4. Connected buttons
- Order and delivery: within [X] working days after payment. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.
- Legal guarantees: the button benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
- Use: the button works with a phone on which Veilleo is installed and protection is on, within Bluetooth range. It does not contact emergency services directly.
5. Business plan
The Business plan is covered by a quote and a specific contract, including a data processing agreement (Article 28 of the GDPR). These terms only apply to what that contract does not cover.
6. Prices
Prices are in euros, including VAT. We may change our prices; a subscription price change only applies to the following period, after informing you.

8. Mediation and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer and a complaint was not resolved, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator to be appointed]. Failing an agreement, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
