When you can't take your phone out

Frequently asked questions
Can my people track me all the time?
No. Your location is only shared during an alert, a danger zone, or when you accept a request. You can also choose to let your people see it automatically, and change your mind at any time.
Can someone delete my voice messages by taking my phone?
No. Voice messages reach our servers in Europe as soon as recording ends, and no copy stays on the phone. They cannot be deleted from the app, are kept 90 days, then erased automatically. Those made with the connected button don't even show in the app.
Does Veilleo call emergency services?
No, Veilleo warns the people you chose. If you are in immediate danger, call 112.
What about without network?
The alert is kept on the phone and goes out as soon as the network is back. For SOS, a text message with your location is prepared for your emergency contacts.
How do I invite someone?
In the app, "Invite someone": type their number or pick them from your contacts. They get a text to install Veilleo, and join you with their consent.
